We are Phil and Sarah Badgwell, the new owners of Jackson Hill Park & Marina. We both come from an industrial construction background. Phil is a "Construction Director", and Sarah is a triple certified Quality Inspector.

Bald eagles are a common site along with deer, river otters, and a spectacular array of other birds and wildlife. We have a wonderful rustic lodge with wrap around porch and plenty of seating

We have a wonderful rustic lodge with wrap around porch and plenty of seating to relax in. If you are looking for a little more excitement, how about catching the fish of a lifetime. We are part of the ShareLunker Program, and you can sign up for the “Bass Cash Bash” program as well in our lodge.
Sam Rayburn is the top tournament fishing lake in America. Large-mouth Bass is king here along with giant slab Crappie, Catfish, and Bream. We can help arrange a great Bass fishing guide by the name of Chad Marler or you can reach out to Chad by clicking the link below to book your next guided trip to the hot spots and help you out with your electronics. Lake Sam Rayburn is also home to giant Alligator Gar and Buffalo fish for the bow fishing trip of a lifetime.
The updated lodge is designed for our guests’ use and comfort. You can just sit out on the porch and watch nature all around you or come inside and hang out while getting you a bite to eat from our new menu and watch a game on one of our three televisions. A walk around the paved sections of the park is 4 miles; we have swimming, volleyball, and a private pavilion. The relaxing setting includes sitting areas and lodge style seating for up to 50+ people. We offer high speed Wi-Fi throughout the park except for primitive areas.
